2011 RUGBY WORLD CUP X NIKE AIR MAX 1 HYPERFUSE “NEW BLOOD”

You all ready for another sneaker that you can't get in the US? Ready, Set, Go....haha. These were introduced to the internetz a little over a month ago. Nike did a mock up of these in limited quantities to commemorate the Rugby World Cup 2011. Take a look at some of the shots below. It will come packages with a special set of "Beats By Dre Headsets" and the shoe itself is done up in black/stealth Hyperfuse material with red "New Blood" in place of the Nike Air on the tongue. The England Rugby ‘NEW BLOOD” Air Max 1 Hyperfuse will be available at Nike’s 1948 store in East London this weekend. Retail will be about $200 US. Let the resale begin!

Nike LeBron 9 Miami

We tried to reserve judgement until we have these sneakers in hand but the newly released colorway pictures make it difficult for us. HA. This "Miami" color is a little different from what we traditionally see from good ol' Lebron camp. No word yet on if/what the release date will be on these. Stay tuned as we keep you up to speed once we find out more. Does this colorway still change your opinion about the shoe?

Nike Zoom Kobe VI (6) Lower Merion

So this past weekend was slow for releases (Thank God) but the Kobe 6 "Lower Merion" did release online and in select stores this past weekend on the 10th. Wanted to thow this out there and ask if the Kobe 6 hype/interest has died down? We personally think that this sneaker is one of the better ones on the Kobe lineup far as comfort and style go. Just like every other signature shoe on the market right now we do think there are quite a few color selections...wait...thats an understatement...more like a saturation of colors is more like it. Kid Cudi Grabs 4 pair of Nike Air Mags

So we here at SSD are also notorious for grabbing up double, triples, hell maybe even quadruples of one pair of sneaker. Well, as we sit here and bump this "Sound Track 2 My Life" we stumbled across the Cudder himself winning 4 pairs of Nike Mags off eBay not too long ago. Keep in mind that each auction ended a little over $5,000 a pair. Hmmmm...do the math on that one! He announced his winnings on twitter with this statement. "Won 4 pairs of McFly's off Ebay, xmas done came early willllyyyyyy!!!"

Nothing yet on what Cudi plans to do with them but we are sure he will pop up somewhere with them on. Keep in mind this is a sneaker that NIke themselves explains can't but worn but so many times then it's done. Thoughts?

Air Jordan Retro 4 "Military Blue" Confirmed for 2012

So a few days ago Jordan Brand confirmed that the classic Military Blue retro will hit shelves yet again in summer of 2012. For those of you that can remember it's re-release last year they actually sat on shelves for quite some time after it's release. Air Jordan Retro 3 "Stealth" Release Tomorrow

Here we are yet again..another Saturday and Jordan Brand is releasing another Retro for the streetz. This time around they are putting a new color blocking on the classic 3 platform. Suede upper and black leather backing with an all white midsole. These come equipped with all white laces but certain people have already started to rock red laces and black laces as replacements. These release on 9/3 for $150 and should be available at select Jordan accounts.

Melo M7 Future Sole and Melo M7 Advance

Today Nike.com released the "Future Sole" M7 in the bright orange (Reppin Syracuse) online and the additional 3 colors in the M7 Advance in select stores. Taking a look at both the home and away Knicks colors and the red/blue "Puerto Rico" Future Sole combination put together make for some great color releases. Each one of the sneakers are priced at $130 a piece and select size runs were made in each. Good luck to those of you looking to grab a pair!

Air Jordan 2011 Hits Nike iD on Aug 16th

In a about a week or so Jordan heads can get pretty excited about the Jordan 2011 hitting NIke iD. Jordan brand is known for mainly bringing out team shoes and hybrid sneakers from their line to Nike iD mainly. This time around they actually hit us with a staple shoe that gets the custom treatment. No official word yet on how much they are exactly going to cost but will keep you updates once we hear more. So what do you think? With this date being so close to the Retro 5's dropping do you have another potential $200+ to drop on these in addition to? Let us know.

Air Jordan 11 Low "White/Black" Release Date

Just a little brother to big brother follow up from the other day (LOL) we now will see the Jordan 11 low release next week on August 13th for $120. We are glad to see the blk/red color sold pretty well last month and we are sure these will do just as good. The price point is correct and the sneaker is actually done up tastefully. Let us know if you plan on copping a pair or 2!

AIR JORDAN 11 “CONCORD”

Not that this isn't a big secret or anything but Jordan has officially given the streetz Dec 23rd, 2011 as the date for the re-release of these Jordan 11's. People that have been on this information have been saving that $$ since last year! Take a look at the newly revises box for them and the "concord" insert. The one thing we knew that was going to change was that price tag. Retail on these babies now will be $180. From the OG pair that's a $55 price jump....oh boy! Will you be grabbing a pair this Christmas??

Air Jordan Retro V (5) Black Metallic Silver New Detailed Pics

Not to bog you all down with a ton of "detailed images" of this Retro 5 but here are the cleanest pics that we've seen so far. Keep in mind that the new release date for these is August 20th. They got pushed back for whatever reason instead of dropping this weekend. Retail will be $150 and we will have the video review/comparison posted on these shortly. Stay tuned.

Tokyo "3" El Cappy Custom

Back in action again...yet another sneaker custom by Detroit local "El Cappy!" The pictures say it all with the amount of clean yet simple colors applied to a Jordan "Pure $ 3" and transformed into the Tokyo 3. Nike SB Dunk Low “Gold Dust”

Yet another Nike SB but this time we are a little ways out for it's September release. NIke knows exactly when to hit the streets off with a perfect combination of simple color patterns that really set it off. Tan what almost looks like canvas upper, black swoosh, white midsole and deep varsity sock liner to stir things up. We will be sure to hit you with more info as we get closer to the release date. Be on the lookout if you are looking to cop.

Nike SB Dunk Low Iron New Detailed Pics

We keep trying to tell you all not to sleep on the High and Low top SB's this year! The iron dunk features a grey suede upper, light blue Nike swoosh, and the ever so classic gum bottom. These clean looking pair of SB's should start hitting select SB accounts by weeks end for part of the SB August release. Take a look at the close up and let us know what you think. They look ridiculously comfortable.

Air Jordan Retro XIII (13) Ray Allen 3 Point King PE to Release on Finishline.com

So just as we expected....while we reported earlier that only 2 stores in the US would be carrying Ray Allen P.E. that seems not to be the case now. According to finishline twitter feed yesterday they stated that they will have a "limited" run of his sneaker for sale online. No exact timing on if they are going to do it at midnight...or knowing finishline it might even be mid day. We will keep you up to speed either way. Just remember these are NOT hitting stores....only online.

Jordan Returns on the cover of 2k12!!

We thought this was pretty cool....2K Sports has decided to put the great one back on their cover for the up coming fall release of NBA 2k12. Along side of Michael there will be 1 of 3 covers that you are able to choose from. All we are saying is that I hope they were smart enough to make triple the amount of the MJ covers because that is the one everybody is going to go crazy over. Please believe with much respect to Magic and Larry, they just might have to get skipped over on this side of town. HA. No official word yet on if they are going to have Jordan Brand as involved as they did with 2k11. Once we hear more we will definitely keep you posted.

Nike SB Koston 1 Paradise Aqua/Slate Blue

We over here @ SSD really need to stop playing and go pick up a pair of these Koston 1's. Now they are releasing them in this Aqua/Slate Blue color that is really an eye catcher. Don't forget that these come equipped with lunar technology embedded in the midsole of the sneaker. This color should be hitting accounts within the next week or so.

"Space Jam" Nike SB Dunks

So with a little under 24hrs now the Space Jam Nike SB will finally release at select Nike SB accounts on Saturday July 23rd. Retail should be about $93 but make sure you check with your local skate shop because we are almost sure that prices will be higher. Shout out to the stores that are releasing them at box price and not trying to get over on it's hype. Check out the shots from Premier Skate Shop.
