Below is just another quick update on some of the Jordan you can expect to see over the course of the next 4 months. The Jordan Retro 2 returns in Wht/Blk/Red, Jordan Phat 1 (20 inspired), Jordan 2010 (Closed Window), Jordan Retro 6 in Wht/Varsity Red, and Laker color Blk/Purple/Gold nubuck. Get ready!!!
So the Lebron James 7 has released in over 25 different colorways to date. Later this summer after the season is over we can expect to see some of the low top versions of the shoe release in a few colors as well. This is a sample picture in all white of what the shoe will ultimately look like once it drops. While most low top that release can still function as a performance shoe this Lebron low looks like it has been completely stripped for more of a lifestyle approach. Keep it locked for additional colors and release dates as we get closer.
Just wanted to drop another quick reminder to all my Jordan headz out there that these will be releasing again on March 20th at select Jordan Brand accounts. Retail on them will be $150.
So the Jordan 1 seems to always take a different turn because it is one of those series shoe that will not be going away anytime soon! This time around the use a ton of the materials and patterns seen on the last # series shoe...the Jordan 23. The mid pannel takes the argyle pattern, patent near the toe box, and the gold lining similar to the one found in the blk/red 23. You will start to see a ton more of the "theme" based ones again this summer. Phat 1 is suppose to drop late summer, we will keep you posted closer to the jump.
So Jordan Brand has been doing the .5 concept for sometime now with their team shoes. For those of you that don't know, Jordan will take a shoe like the Jordan 16 and make it a .5 for half of what the Jordan 17 design would have turned out to be. So the 16.5 is a cross between the 2, hence the suitcase idea which was originally with the 17's. These will retail for the $150 price point and should hit shelves soon at select accounts. Is Jordan Brand trying to bring more business to team shoes by offering suit case? What are your thoughts on it??
Word is that the Jordan 13 will make it's way back on shelves for the 3rd go round. Wht/Red is rumored to release sometime in Sept and Flint Grey in Nov. We can only wait to see what Dec will bring....maybe All Star Game color???? Keep checking back for details as we get closer to the jump.
We tried to tell you this would not be the last of the Total Max Uptempo....footlocker along with other Nike accounts will release the black/metallic silver in June. If you are a B-ball fanatic or just like rocking really comfortable hoop shoes then this color will be worth the wait. Keep in mind that you still have 4-5 other colors releasing in this shoe by years end.
Combining the 2009, 97 and 95, the 24/7 offers a 360 degree Max Air bag and vast material choices for the hyrbid upper. We showed you a picture of Wale rocking an Air Max 95 Neon Green inspired color in this same shoe. These will start to drop in these colors below within the next couple months. Don't sleep on em!
It's been almost been almost 6 month since we reported that Jordan Brand was planning on bringing back the "infrared black/red white/red" retro 6's. Now the internetz is going crazy and heads can't wait for June to come now! This is just old pictures of the shoe but it gives you a good idea on what to expect. As we get closer to the release date we will post the official pictures of the kicks. Stay tuned and comment below!
Don't forget to hook up the little ones!!! These Kobe 5's are now in select accounts for kids. Very clean, very spring/summer feel you hook the little ladies in you life up with a pair. Sizes range from kids 3-6. I believe $64.99 is the tag on em.
So these released today at select footlocker locations, niketown.com, and a few other NSW accounts. As everybody knows by now they retailed for $200 and restocks have been poppin up all over online. We here @SSD wanted to know what you think about this years eggplants vs. 2009 remake? Let us know.
Shout out to the homie G-Roc @TSG.com for the sneaker information on these half cents. Both colors are expected to release Holiday of 2010. We will keep you posted with more detail shots as we get closer the release. Get ready all you 1/2 cent heads.
Jordan Brand has just confirmed the release date for the 25th Anniversary Air Jordan III, IV, and IX. Has been moved to March 27th, a week later than previously planned.
Clean, simple, sought after especially when seeing Kobe playing in these when rocking those white Laker jersey. These are coming out now as a general release to the public this Sat March 6th.
This latest Air Jordan “crossover” of sorts comes packaged as if it were a pair of Italian Leather wingtips, complete with wooden shoe-tree, shoe bag, and cardnote, closed shut by a wax stamp. This particular shoe was taken from the court to style with the quickness. For those of you who don't remember the story behind the Jordan 2...the whole style was taken from Italian inspired culture. So they played around with the idea even more and decided to drop this package for the streets. We will keep you posted as we get closer. These would def be nice to add to the collection too!!
