Air Jordan Retro II (2) White Black Red Available Now

Here we are yet again on Sat with another release from Jordan! These Retro 2's are available in stores now for $135. You can find them at your local footlocker, finishline, footaction, nike town, etc. Few more of the Jordan Retro releases to hit before the month is over so stay tuned.

Air Jordan Retro 6 Pack *More Detailed Look

Even more detailed shots at the package a few people doubted would even drop at all this year when we released the information at the end of summer last year. So the rumor has it that this package is set to release as a "Asia Exclusive Only" on June 19th. We hate throwing the rumors out there so we will just say that date is still tentative.

Either way we personally don't think the stateside will get it (if we do at all) until late summer. Still no official word on that until we get solid confirmation. We just don't see JB dropping that package exactly 1 week after the Wht/Varsity Red release. On second thought, we are talking about Jordan Brand right now! Lol. Comments?

Air Jordan IX Premio Bin 23 (Releases June 5th!!)

So word on the internetz is that June 5th is the official release date for the Jordan "Bin 23" Retro 9 to release in this premium wht/gold colorway. The same stores, HoH, 21 Mercer, etc, that carried the bin 23 retro 2 are suppose to get the 9. Keep in mind that these are limited to 1,097 pairs and retail will be going for about $175. Catch them if you can because the sneakerheads have been buzzing about this release for some time now! Good luck hunting.

Air Jordan 9 “Powder Blue” Retro

If you have been rocking with us over the last couple months you should have definitely been up on these bad boys by now. Reminder that these will release at select Jordan Brand accounts on May 29th for $150. This particular colorway in the Jordan 9 was yet to release up until now! Don't sleep on em.

Nike Air Max 90 Current Torch

These beauties are in select Nike accounts now! Perfect shoe with a combination of the Air Max 90, with the Nike Free Sole, and the new "Torch" material. Very light weight shoe and perfect for summer. Expect these to be released in a few other colors over the next couple weeks.

Air Jordan VI Infrared Pack – New Pics

You can almost never get enough shots of these beauties. Here are some more "recent" shots of the Jordan Infrared package that is said to be released next month overseas. No word yet on it's official release here in the states at the moment. Keep it locked as always!

Nike Hyperdunk Low – Steve Nash Away PE

Congrats to Steve Nash and the rest of the Phoenix Suns for making it to the Western Conference playoffs. We now take a look into the Hyperdunk lows that you can expect Mr. Steve Nash himself to be rocking. Nice orange/purple accents colors on this shoe along with his custom logo on the back above the heel area. Still keeping the lunar foam technology in them for extra low profile comfort. These are available now at limited Nike retailers. Price tag on them should be around $110.

Kobe Bryant (Aston Martin) Sneaker Release Recap

So if you have been keeping up with us then you should know about the most hyped up release with Nike x Kobe at the moment. If not, do yourself a favor and refer over to the "Kobe Bryant" section of the site. This past thurs NikeSportsWear held the release of the "Aston Martin" package at the Staples Center in LA. There was a contest going for 200 people to win the chance to purchase this limited edition package. From what we here is that more people that actually won were "no shows" and left them with packages to sell at the last min.

Take a look at the pictures below of the crazy displays they had on site along with the whole theme based "Aston Martin" experience. Nike sure does know how to set off the release of a sneaker! The package came with the limited edition Kobe 5 and the HyperDunk both done up in the Aston Martin silver color. Package retailed for $329. *Don't be surprised if you see a re-stock at LA House of Hoops pretty soon. Heads up!

Nike Air Max 180 (Lunar)

Make sure that you paid close attention to the tittle of this one! NIke is going to release this classic runner (Max 180) but bringing it back with a little twist. We normally see this particular shoe done up almost every year now for the past 3 and they bring out 2-3 other colors as well. This time around Nike actually took it's "Lunar" concept and added it to the midsole on these.

We really like the combination with this hybrid design and the fact that the first release will be done up in the OG colorway. We aren't really too fond on the all white mesh in the toe box but makes for a really clean looking shoe! No word yet on it's official release but stay tuned for more updates. Thoughts???

Air Jordan Fusion 8 House of Hoops Exclusive

This is one of the so called "exclusives" that House of Hoops can keep in our opinion. This is set to release this Sat at a HoH location near you. Maybe even a outlet near you even sooner.HA. j/k

Jordan AJKO 1985 + 2010 – Side By Side Comparison

Check out this pretty cool "Old School vs. New School" comparison with these AJKO's. For obvious reasons the 1985 sneaker has been getting affected by father time but that is a true vintage feel. The re issue joints that dropped this year aren't too bad if you are going of that look! Comment below on what you think!

Detailed pictures of the Foamposite One (Blk/Red)

Keep in mind on June 19th these will release at select House of Hoops accounts only. More than likely expect resellers to pop up with these as well but be prepared to pay well above the $200 tag once they get a hold of them. We here over at SSD are still on the fence about if we like this colorway or not. The black from the pictures can still be misleading due to lighting so its still hard to tell if they black is charcoal or deep black. If nothing else we are still trying to get our heads around the "gummy" red outsole on these. I agree it does add a little more "pop" factor to the shoe but we still need to get one up close and personal to decide. If you get your hands on a pair we would love to see them so hit us up!

Air Jordan Alpha 1 Black Royal

Jordan Alpha 1 is definitely getting some traction in the streets. This time around we see Jordan Brand hit us with a popular Blk/Royal color that should be out sometime this summer. The other colors in this shoe can be found as low as $79 right now at various nike retailers. These should be about $110 once they drop.

Nike Lunar Rejuven8 Mid Preview

So this is definitely one of those shoe at first glance you might be saying... "NO WAY"....but the reality is that they are amazingly light and comfortable. The only thing I would personally like to see more of is the midsole/outsole be another color besides the white blocking they use all the time. I appreciate the fact that they are sticking with basic colors and not going too far off the map with these but that midsole can use some work! LOL. Be on the lookout for tons of these colors to drop over the next couple months, don't be afraid to try something different too! You might end up liking these.

Sat Release Reminder (Infrared Spizike/Welcome Home 2010)

Just a reminder to all of the Jordan headz out there that today a few things released that you might want to pick up! The Jordan Spizike retails at $175 and the D.Wade "Welcome Home" edition 2010's go for $170. These are readily available at all Nike/Jordan Brand accounts. Surprisingly enough the D.Wades are actually selling pretty quick! Do you think it has anything to do with him losing in the playoffs and people feel bad? Lol. Either way, remember to rock what you like!
