Wonder what you guys at ssd thought of the staple x airwalks collab. Pics of the terrain were decent. Tried em on at payless today and wasn't disappointed. Of course for $50 not a lot could be expected.
I am actually diggin how Jeff x Airwalk paid attention to detail while creating the shoe. The build is simple, clean lines and overall not a bad looking shoe.
Have not had a chance to try a pair on but glad to see that they weren't uncomfortable. My thing is that I just don't want too many of these street artists/artist to hop on the same band wagon. That is when quality starts going to crap and everybody is in it to make a quick buck!
exactly. actually grabbed the pair i tried on. not nike quality but didn't feel like i was rockin payless. not the biggest fan of Staple but he got it in on this one. he did what starbury/fatjoe/protege couldn't. this shoe reminds me of the hakeem olajuwan spaldings from the mid 90's aesthetically. good looks on the response. if it wasn't for ssd/skighwalker/wikipedia/youtube my crackberry would get no love!
