Tokyo "3" El Cappy Custom

Back in action again...yet another sneaker custom by Detroit local "El Cappy!" The pictures say it all with the amount of clean yet simple colors applied to a Jordan "Pure $ 3" and transformed into the Tokyo 3. Nike SB Dunk Low “Gold Dust”

Yet another Nike SB but this time we are a little ways out for it's September release. NIke knows exactly when to hit the streets off with a perfect combination of simple color patterns that really set it off. Tan what almost looks like canvas upper, black swoosh, white midsole and deep varsity sock liner to stir things up. We will be sure to hit you with more info as we get closer to the release date. Nike SB Dunk Low Iron New Detailed Pics

We keep trying to tell you all not to sleep on the High and Low top SB's this year! The iron dunk features a grey suede upper, light blue Nike swoosh, and the ever so classic gum bottom. These clean looking pair of SB's should start hitting select SB accounts by weeks end for part of the SB August release. Take a look at the close up and let us know what you think. They look ridiculously comfortable.

Air Jordan Retro XIII (13) Ray Allen 3 Point King PE to Release on Finishline.com

So just as we expected....while we reported earlier that only 2 stores in the US would be carrying Ray Allen P.E. that seems not to be the case now. According to finishline twitter feed yesterday they stated that they will have a "limited" run of his sneaker for sale online. No exact timing on if they are going to do it at midnight...or knowing finishline it might even be mid day. We will keep you up to speed either way. Just remember these are NOT hitting stores....only online.

Jordan Returns on the cover of 2k12!!

We thought this was pretty cool....2K Sports has decided to put the great one back on their cover for the up coming fall release of NBA 2k12. Along side of Michael there will be 1 of 3 covers that you are able to choose from. All we are saying is that I hope they were smart enough to make triple the amount of the MJ covers because that is the one everybody is going to go crazy over. Please believe with much respect to Magic and Larry, they just might have to get skipped over on this side of town. HA. No official word yet on if they are going to have Jordan Brand as involved as they did with 2k11. Once we hear more we will definitely keep you posted.

Nike SB Koston 1 Paradise Aqua/Slate Blue

We over here @ SSD really need to stop playing and go pick up a pair of these Koston 1's. Now they are releasing them in this Aqua/Slate Blue color that is really an eye catcher. Don't forget that these come equipped with lunar technology embedded in the midsole of the sneaker. This color should be hitting accounts within the next week or so.

"Space Jam" Nike SB Dunks

So with a little under 24hrs now the Space Jam Nike SB will finally release at select Nike SB accounts on Saturday July 23rd. Retail should be about $93 but make sure you check with your local skate shop because we are almost sure that prices will be higher. Shout out to the stores that are releasing them at box price and not trying to get over on it's hype. Check out the shots from Premier Skate Shop. Nike Lunar Glide+3 New Colors

With already some pretty simple colorways being released a few weeks back we now get a shot at what's to come this fall from Nike and the Lunar Glide 3. You can also head on over to nikeid.com to customize you own for about $135 or just wait till some crazy colors like these hit select accounts and save the $30. We still say you can't go wrong any which way you put it.

Air Jordan Retro 11 Black/Varsity Red Low

So it appears that all those nay sayers that talked so bad about the shoe just did nothing but hype it up more. The Air Jordan Retro low re-released yet again this past Saturday and sold completely out online and in tons of Jordan accounts. The sneaker returned in it's OG color and sold fairly well with a price tag of $120. For many it was a chance to get back a "grail" status shoe, others it was just a opportunity to cop a decent looking Jordan without having to pay over that $150 price tag. Either way the streetz seems to take well to it's return. Did you cop this weekend?

Nike Air Max LeBron 9 (IX) New Detailed Pics

Just yesterday pictures surfaced all over the internet about these Lebron 9's. At first glance they look almost exactly like an HyperDunk to us with the LBJ V3 outsole. From the pictures you can clearly see they are rolling with the Zoom in the front and Air Max unit in the heel just like the V3. We are thinking that Lebron's team just like the Jordan, is trying to put more of that focus on performance more so than lifestyle with this years signature sneaker. We are still reserving judgement on these until we see them in person. Nike LeBron 8 V/2 Low ‘Miami Night’

Images hit the web earlier today and it comes as no surprise that MS has the early pictures of them. These "Miami Night" LBJ 8 lows are looking fresh in our opinion. We don't know yet if these are going to be as hyped as the "Sprite" that released last month but these will definitely be a neck breaker. Distinct Life x New Balance “30 for 30″ Recap (Video)

Another talented/creative individual and good friend Rick Williams does his thing yet again. In case you have been living under a rock for the last 30 days you need to get caught up quick! Rick took his passion for New Balance sneakers and team up with them to present what was called the 30 for 30. Check out the video below on how he went out with a bang to end the series off. As you know I’ve been showcasing a different pair of New Balance sneakers for every day in the month of June through my “30 for 30″. Throughout the month I have featured some old classics, some current models, and some yet to be released sneakers. Some of the highlights included the Mita x Undefeated MT580′s, the Burn Rubber MT580′s and yesterday’s teaser picture of the Burn Rubber New Balance that’s coming in 2012. Nike SB Koston 1 x Kobe Bryant QS Release Info

Remember that we reported on this collaboration back over a month or so ago? Well, the Staple Center in Cali is apparently not the only place you had to be to grab a pair. NIke SB is deciding to release a "unknown" amount of these to the general public at select NIke SB Quickstrike accounts. Check with your local skate shop to see if it's on the agenda. Apparently these should start hitting those stores over the next week or so.

UPDATE!!!!! Quai 54 Will NOT RELEASE IN THE U.S.!

Few days back we got word just like other various sites that the Quai 54 was going to be making a U.S. release on July 2nd at select House of Hoops locations....this is confirmed that they will NOT RELEASE in the U.S. at all. Confirmed by Jordan Brand that they were exclusively as a Euro release. So no clear bottoms for the states or anything like that. Happy hunting online...just remember to watch for Fakes and don't break your neck.
