Supra Skytop II “Air Max 95″ Spring 2011

It almost seems like every brand seems to bite off of one another at some point and Supra brings it home early this year. Brands like Supra and Gourmet have been known for using some NIke inspiration with producing their sneakers. If you look at this Skytop 2 it appears if they took the same type of color scheme from the Air Max 95 "Neon" joints. Even breaking it down further with the materials used in pretty close match up, the only thing it's missing is an air unit. LOL. Let us know what you think. These should be hitting Supra accounts sometime early spring from what we hear.

Supra Stacks – Holiday 2010 Colorways

These Supra Stacks are a swing in another direction for the brand. More of a clean, simplistic look rather than the Super Hi tops we normally see from them. The Supra Stacks are now available at select Supra accounts so check in if you like em.

SUPRA TK SOCIETY AUGUST 2010

Supra will be launching 2 more colors late this month in Terry Kennedy signature shoe. From a quality perspective this nice suede and leather combo with vulcanized sole appear to be pretty comfortable. If the "high" top look is your thing the look for these to hit shelves soon.

Supra Footwear – Fall 2010 Collection

Society, Skytop I & II – as well as the EE Avenger will return this fall for Supra. While there are a ton of sneaker brands out there it appears that they are the ones stepping it up a little on the quality control level with the different fabrics and materials used for there kicks. While some think that this style is still played out, Supra still gets it in heavy out here!

Supra Skytop II – Fall 2010 Releases

So Supra is still one of those brands weather you love to hate them they are out here still attracting a certain crowd for their kicks. We now see a sneak peak of just the Skytop 2 for 2010 fall release. Don't know weather to grab a pair to hit this winter snow that might be against us or grab a pair to hop on a board to protect my ankles. LOl. Check with the Supra website for additional details as we get closer to the release if you are feeling these.

Supra Thunder High Jim Greco

Signature vulcanized outsole with a black suede upper makes for a clean looking Supra. Not as crazy as the TK high but Jim Greco (skater) has endorsed this shoe. Retail on them will be about $72 and should drop at a local shop near you within the next couple weeks.

Nike Air Royal Mid Premium - Metallic Silver

So while this reminds me of that Supra that dropped last year in this color. While I relly like this shoe I could never wear it. Shinny suite time baby!!

Supra TK Society Pro Model Pre-Release

WHY, WHY, WHY!!! Again ya'll...while I respect the whole Supra brand and what they have become these are still just so wack to me. They actually did a pre sale on these Society Pro Models in TK home city in LBC. From the pictures you can see that catz clearly stood in line and waited for hours to get their BARNEY status on with the purple color way as the pre sale release. Even the dude P Rod showed up for the event to show some support. The offical date that they will drop to the public will be on the 17th of this month. If this is your thing then BANG....gone getcha some! Easy pass for the kid over here! LOL>

Supra TK Society Pro Model

I just got done talking about these to a really good friend of mine earlier today. We both had a good laugh and said that soon we will be seeing catz walking around with their whole pant leg tucked into these. LOL. I personlly respect Supra for the brand they have become but this is over the top for me personally. I bet you once the exclusive TK edition joints offically drop heads are most def going to grab a pair. You guys are on your own with these joints though. For those who like em keep it locked for final release date and price to still be deterimined.

Supra Cruizer Fingerprint White/Black

Ok ok... so where is the inspiration coming from nowadays? While I have been getting mixed reviews about this one from friends of mine who skate, I am still on the fence about em. Supra has been blowing up outta nowhere in the last 2 years or so seeing as how they have been around just over 3. This looks like it was taken from the Jordan 4 and mixed with a little SB action.

I sure skaters will love this joint once it drops closers to spring. Me on the other hand takes a look at this shoe and says that they switched the cement for fingerprint. LOL. I might have to see them in person to actually decide if I want to give them props or not.

Supra Cruizer Low Grapes!!

So again ya'll...it's not that I just favor Jordan and Nike all the time. I love a mixture of brands, styles, and even collaborations when it comes down to it. The fact remains is that the sneaker industry is inspired/jocking/emulates/ etc, or whatever you want to call it to both Nike and Jordan. For example, let's take a look at this Supra low. In my opinion looks pretty promising from the picture and is def inspired from the Air Jordan 5 "Grape" colorway.

So Jordan or maybe even Nike may not have been the first company to throw Aqua/Purple on a sneaker but you can't tell me that the first thing that comes out your mouth is that "Oh, these remind me of those one J's!" My point exactly!!! Once again proving my point that some way some how everything relates right on back to the Jumpman!! LOL. No set date on these yet but should be available just before spring!
