So it looks like these two big brand name companies team up yet again for more of a snappy casual approach with their collaboration. We really like the color selection between the olive, green and khaki...really diggin the construction orange outsole on these as well. If you are interested in these then get with your local skate shop this Nov to see if they will be carrying them this fall.

Wale x Nike Foamposite One “Pewter”

So this should not come as a surprise that we see Wale with yet another pair of kicks that won't even release till next year. Nike Foamposite "Pewter" should be available to the public sometime in March of 2011. Some of the better pictures you will see floating around on the web!

Air Jordan 6 White/Blue/Varsity Red

So before you get too bent out of shape remember that these are just samples so anything could change if they actually decide to release them. No official word yet on if these are going to be some sort of quick strike or general release. What we do know is that they are trying to add some what of a pebble leather and this whole red/white/blue/grey theme to these. For us it resembles a ton of the same color combo used on the "Piston" 6 that released earlier this year minus the black patent of course. Keep it locked to SSD for more details as we get them.

Air Jordan 1 High “Banned” Edition

Does not surprise me that Jordan Brand would try to pull something out the bag like this. For those of you who know the story about his blk/red pair being fined I would really like to hear your thoughts about these.

For everybody else peep the included commercial from back in the day when Nike ran the ad campaign for these. Nike had to pay a $5,000 fine each game because MJ continued to wear the Air Jordan 1 in this Black/Red colorway. At the time it was against the NBA "uniformity rule." It's a little funny to us because Nike just used black bars and not actually "X's" in the commercial yet they put black X's on the logos around the shoe. Now that we think about it....a black bar would have looked worst! LOL. We would like to hear your thoughts on these as well.

Air Jordan 1 Armor Varsity Red Black White

So last week we showed you the silver version of these retro 1 foamposites that will be releasing in Nov. Now Jordan hits us with the armor varsity red/blk/wht colorway. Jordan took the similar material like the Nike foamposite and molded it to the Jordan 1 platform. This njection molded upper that conforms to the foot when worn. Let's see how these move once they start to hit the streets.

P.S. How long have we been saying that Jordan is going to continue to just re-invent the retro 1???? LOL. Hate to say it....but we told you so!

Adidas Originals x Star Wars Fall Winter 2010 Collection Preview

The Adidas lineup is getting crazy agin with it's Star Wars Collection.....Adidas Originals x Star Wars ZX800 "Boba Fett", an adidas Originals x Star Wars Jogging Hi "Chewbacca", an adidas Originals x Star Wars Top Ten Low "R2 D2 & C-3PO", adidas Originals x Star Wars Conductor "Jabba The Hut", and an adidas Originals x Star Wars SL72 "Han Solo". We have seen a few of these pop up already at select sneaker boutiques.

Air Jordan 1 Armor Silver White

It appears that Jordan is getting on another "Foamposite" like material silhouette on the retro 1 this Nov. Along side of the foamposite 6 rings that will release early next year these will hit the shelves first. They are also going to have an all black pair as well that we will post once we have better pictures.

Adidas ObyO x Jeremy Scott JS License Plate

So it looks like Adidas x Jeremy Scott are right back at it again with another collaboration. Remember their first one together with the "wings" we all had mixed feelings about? Well if you can't then hit that "adidas" link to the right and keep it pushing. This time they take inspiration from license plates and decided this is what they are going to throw to the streets. The real question is are you going to catch what they are putting out? Comment below with your thoughts on this.

Nike 1/2 Cent “Cranberry” Release Info

So the official word has been announced on the "cranberry" 1/2 Cents and they are scheduled to release on Dec 18th of this year. We showed you the Eggplants that will be out around Oct so if those weren't your cup of tea and these are....you are going to just have to make your Christmas wish that much longer this year. These are more than likely going to be available in the same accounts (HoH, Footlocker, etc) just as the other past releases were.

Air Jordan 2 "Candy Pack" Release Info!!

So with the sudden releases of the Jordan retro 2's this past few months we see another few colors that will be available for the streets on Oct 20th from Jordan. These are being dubbed as "The Candy Pack" but not sure if that is it's official name for the so called pack. We do know that Jordan decided to go in a totally different direction with it's classic Italian leather shoe from the 80's. We are kind of diggin the yellow ones by first choice and the red comes in a close second. Damn the green because we are not Boston fans! LOL. Anybody thinking about copping these once they drop in another 2 months or so?

Nike 1/2 Cent Eggplant Release Date confirmed!

Pictures and various videos have been floating around for a couple months now on these penny 1/2 cents. The eggplant colorway will officially release on Oct 20th and be available to grab at select footlocker accounts. We are curious to see if these are going to sit on shelves similar to the blk/green and silver/blk that Nike released last year. Only time will tell....what do you think?

Air Jordan Bin 13 Wrap-Up!

So just a little over 1,100 pairs for the U.S. (Or so they say) were released this past Sat at select House of Hoops and smaller retail shops in limited quantities. Just like we normally tend to see with the Bin releases, the resellers went crazy and are still going strong on Ebay. Retail on them were $175 but can now be found in the upwards of almost $450 to $500 for a pair. This whole "premium" lineup that Jordan is releasing will continue to drop throughout the year as we understand it. No official word yet on what other shoe we can see next but it's' rumored that the Jordan 3 is next on the list. We will keep you posted once we confirm it for sure.

Nike Foamposite Pro Pearl Release Date Confirmed

Mark your calendar sneakerheads! If you missed out last year when everybody and their mom went nutz over the re-release of the Pearl Foamposite 1's, then you might not want to sleep on these. Retail will still remain at it's $200 price point and will be available on Sept 3rd, 2010. These are NOT a House of Hoops exclusive but expect quantities to still be limited. We will keep you locked with the legit sites that will carry them on/before the release.

Nike World Basketball Festival Day 1,2,3

So we were waiting for more footage to post before we put it up. This is taken from this past weeks World Basketball Festival that took place in New York. Performances from Jay-Z, Alicia Keys, etc took place. Radio City stage was transformed into a basketball court for the evening. Select kids from around NY had a really cool opportunity to have a great experience with some of their favorite NBA players. Take a look at the footage and let us know what you think!

Gourmet The 26 – Fall/Winter 2010

Gourmet appears to be taking a little different approach with their lineup for later this year. At first glance these almost remind us of Rockport sneakers from back in the day! (World Tours) They hit you with what appears to be some type of tumbled leather which should be pretty comfortable if done right! You will be able to chose from the carmel or black colorway once these release.

We reported on these a little over a month ago and told you all that this was going to be a overseas release only. Well today they have already released in Atmos Tokyo. Get with your international connects if you are looking to grab this classic. You more than likely will be able to find these on Ebay as well.

SUPRA TK SOCIETY AUGUST 2010

Supra will be launching 2 more colors late this month in Terry Kennedy signature shoe. From a quality perspective this nice suede and leather combo with vulcanized sole appear to be pretty comfortable. If the "high" top look is your thing the look for these to hit shelves soon.
